The RC-4SPDT-50 from Mini-Circuits is a Millimeter-Wave 4x Switch Matrix that operates from DC to 50 GHz. It has 4 electro-mechanical SPDT reflective switches that have a failsafe and break-before-make configuration with a minimum lifetime of 2 million switching cycles per switch position. This switch matrix can handle an RF input power of up to 20 W and has a switching time of 25 ms. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.1 dB and provides over 50 dB of isolation. This switch matrix requires a DC supply of 24 V and consumes less than 550 mA of current.

The RC-4SPDT-50 can be controlled via USB and Ethernet (RJ45) interfaces allowing control directly from a PC, or remotely over a network. Full software support is provided, including a user-friendly GUI application for Windows and a full API with programming instructions for Windows and Linux environments (both 32-bit and 64-bit systems). It is available in a compact, rugged metal case that measures 6.00 x 4.50 x 2.25 inches with 2.4 mm (female) connectors and is ideal for 5G node/device testing, automated test equipment, and fail-safe/redundancy switching applications.
