The ATEK950P6 from ATEK MIDAS is a Sub-Octave Switch Filter Bank that operates from 2 to 8000 MHz. It consists of an SP8T switch followed by 7 fixed frequency bandpass filters which are followed by another SP8T switch. Each SP8T switch is used to send the input/output signals to 2 pins. This allows users to bypass the filter bank off-chip. Alternatively, additional off-chip filters or filter banks can be implemented by using the bypass feature. The bandpass filters have a cumulative passband from 485 to 8500 MHz. It has a switching speed of 150 ns and an insertion loss of less than 6 dB. The filter bank requires a single DC supply voltage from 3.3 to 5 V and consumes 15 mA of current.

The ATEK950P6 is available in a low-cost surface-mount package that measures 6 x 6 mm and is well suited for test equipment, electronic warfare, wideband receivers, spectrum analyzers, and SDR applications.
