The AM3156 from Atlanta Micro is a digitally tunable Bandpass Filter with a passband from 0.4 to 8 GHz. It has 256 discrete tunable states and a bypass lowpass filter path from 1 MHz to 8 GHz. This filter bank can handle an RF input power of up to 27 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 6 dB, and has a switching speed of 130 ns. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 10 mA of current. This bandpass filter is available in a QFN package that measures 10 x 10 mm with inductors and DC blocking capacitors and is ideal for demanding applications requiring low SWaP components.
