The ASL 8011P4 from Aelius Semiconductors is a terminated SPDT MMIC switch that operates from DC to 7 GHz. The switch has a high isolation and low insertion loss through the band. It can handle up to 23 dBm of power (P1dB), requires a +5V/-5V power supply and can be controlled using TTL compatible voltage levels. This MMIC Switch is available in a low profile (4mm×4mm) QFN Package. It is ideal for use in cellular systems, base stations, broadband telecom equiment and test equipment.
