The SSHPS 0.005-0.050-500 from Aethercomm is a high power symmetrical SPDT RF switch that operates from 5 to 50 MHz. This switch has been designed to be integrated in communication and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems where high power, low loss and excellent isolation are required. It can handle up to 500 watts of CW power and has a switching speed of 6 uSec. The switch requires a +28 Vdc supply and draws up to 550 mA of current.
The SSHPS 0.005-0.050-500 operates from -40°C to +70°C up to 35,000 feet altitude.
