The SSHPS 0.020-1.000-200 from Aethercomm is a symmetrical SPDT RF switch that operates from 20 to 1000 MHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.75 dB, isolation of over 25 dB and a switching speed of 8 usec. The switch can handle up to 200 watts of CW power and operates from a +28 Vdc supply drawing up to 500 mA of current. This switch is available in a module and is ideal for communication and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems applications.
The switch operates over a temperature range from -40°C to +70°C and can be used at an altitude of up to 35,000 feet. It meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 213, Test Condition J (30G, 11mS, 18 Shocks - 3 in each of 6 axes). This unit also meets vibration conditions specified in MIL-STD-20 2G, Method 214A, Test Condition 1 and C.
