The SSHPS 0.100-0.500-400 from Aethercomm is a symmetrical SPDT RF Switch that operates from 100 to 500 MHz across the military UHF communication range. It has an insertion loss of under 0.44 dB, isolation of over 32 dB and a switching speed of 3 usec. The switch can handle an input power of up to 400 Watts while operating over a supply of 28 Vdc and consuming under 550 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 3.5 x 1.7 mm and operates from -30C to +70C up to 15,000 feet altitude.
This switch meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 213, Test Condition J (30G, 11mS, 18 Shocks - 3 in each of 6 axes). It also meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 214A, Test Condition 1 and C.
