The SSHPS 1.00-2.50-200 from Aethercomm is a high power SPDT RF switch that operates from 1 to 2.5 GHz. It has been developed for communication and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems where high power, low loss and excellent isolation are required. It provides an isolation of more than 42 dB and a switching speed of 2 uSec. The switch can handle a power of up to 200 watts CW and requires a supply voltage of 28 VDC while consuming less than 750 mA of current. It is available in a connectorized module. The switch operates from -30 C to 70 C up to 15,000 feet altitude and meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G.
