The SSHPS/C 0.800-3.000-150 from Aethercomm is a symmetrical SPDT RF switch/coupler assembly that operates from 800 to 3000 MHz. This module consists of a SPDT switch with an integrated dual directional coupler to measure forward and reflected power. The switch has an insertion loss of under 2.5 dB, isolation of over 30 dB and a switching speed of 9.8 usec. It can handle an input power of up to 150 Watts. This module requires a supply of 28 Vdc and consumes up to 550 mA of current. This switch is available in a module that operates from -40C to +85C up to 15,000 feet altitude.
This switch meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 213, Test Condition J (30G, 11mS, 18 Shocks - 3 in each of 6 axes). It also meets the conditions specified in MIL-STD-202G, Method 105C, Test Condition A.
