The SW12A001 from Amplical is a SP12T coaxial absorptive PIN diode switch that operates from 100 MHz to 20 GHz. It has a low insertion loss, low VSWR, high isolation and a fast switching speed. The switch has 4-bit TTL Logic Control and operates from +5V DC and a negative DC supply ranging from -12V to -20V. It can handle up to 27 dBm of RF power and is available in a module with field-replaceable SMA female connectors. The switch can be used in communication systems, test equipment, EW systems, radar systems and a number of other applications.
