The SW2A001 from Amplical Corporation is an SPDT Absorptive PIN Diode Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 20 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB, a switching speed of 75 ns, and provides isolation of more than 65 dB. The switch can handle up to +27 dBm of input power and has a VSWR of less than 2:1.
The SW2A001 incorporates a TTL-compatible driver for convenient logic control. The switch operates from +5V DC and a negative DC supply ranging from –12V to –20V.
