The ADH232S from Analog Devices is a Non-Reflective GaAs SPDT Switch that operates from DC to 15 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 1.5 dB (@ 6 GHz) and provides a high isolation of more than 40 dB. The switch operates using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and requires no bias supply. It is available as a die that measures 41 x 81 mil with Class K element evaluation and is ideal for military and space, transceivers, radars, and test instrumentation applications.
