The ADH244S from Analog Devices is a GaAs MMIC SP4T RF switch that operates from DC to 4 GHz. It has an insertion loss less than 2 dB and provides an isolation of more than 22 dB. This switch requires a DC supply voltage of 5 V and consumes less than 7 mA of current. It has an integrated 2:4 TTL/CMOS compatible decoder and requires only 2 control lines and a positive supply voltage to select each path.
This non-reflective switch is available in a glass/metal hermetic SMT package and is ideal for test instrumentation, military radios, RADAR, ECM, telecom infrastructure and space applications.
