The ADH347S from Analog Devices is a GaAs Non-Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from DC to 14 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 27 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 3.5 dB, and provides isolation of more than 38 dB. This switch exhibits high input linearity and uses hole structures to implement the switch on-chip. It operates using complementary negative control voltage logic lines and does not require any external bias supply. The switch is available in a hermetically-sealed ceramic surface-mount package and is ideal for point-to-point/multi-point radios, VSAT radio, fiber optics, broadband telecom, space, and military applications.
