The ADRF5019 from Analog Devices is an SPDT RF switch that operates from 100 MHz to 13 GHz. It provides an insertion loss of less than 1.5 dB with an isolation of over 25 dB. This switch requires a dual supply voltage of +3.3 V and −2.5 V and positive control voltage inputs. It employs complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS)-compatible and low voltage transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls. The switch has a non-reflective design, high power handling capacity and RF ports internally matched to 50 Ohms.
The ADRF5019 is available in a 16-lead, 3 x 3 mm lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and is ideal for use in test instrumentation, microwave radios, very small aperture terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, electronic counter measures (ECMs), fibre optics and broadband telecommunications.
