The ADRF5026 is an absorptive SPDT Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 44 GHz. The switch has a low insertion loss of 3.8 dB and provides a high port to port isolation of 45 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 24 dBm. The switch has an All Off Control, which isolates both the RF ports. This broadband switch requires dual supply voltages of +3.3 V and -3.3 V and provides CMOS/LVTTL logic-compatible control.
The ADRF5026 is available in a 20-terminal LGA package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for 5G mm-Wave, Industrial scanners, test instrumentation, military radios, radars and electronic countermeasure applications.
