The ADRF5040 from Analog Devices is a general-purpose, non-reflective SP4T switch that operates from 9 kHz to 12 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of 0.8 dB up to 8 GHz, isolation of 34 dB, a settling time of 9 µs and can handle a power of up to 33 dBm. It operates using two control voltages of 3.3 V and 0 V. The switch is available in a 44 mm, surface-mount 24-lead LFCSP package and is ideal for test instrumentation, VSATs, military radios and radars.
