The ADRF5044 is a general-purpose, non-reflective SP4T switch that operates from 100 MHz to 30 GHz. The switch has a low insertion loss of 2.6 dB and provides high port to port isolation of 43 dB from 20 to 30 GHz and can handle an input power of up to 24 dBm. This broadband switch requires dual-supply voltages, +3.3 V and -3.3 V, and provides complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL) logic-compatible control. It is available in a 24-terminal LGA package and is ideal for test instrumentation, microwave radios, military radios and radar applications.
