The ADRF5046 is a silicon-based, reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 0.1 to 44 GHz. The switch has a low insertion loss of under 3 dB and an isolation of more than 35 dB. It has an RF input power handling capability of 27 dBm for both the through path and hot switching. The switch draws a low current of 3 µA from a positive supply of +3.3 V and -110 µA from a negative supply of -3.3 V. The device uses complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS)/low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL)compatible controls.
The ADRF5046 is available in a 3 x 3 mm, 20-terminal LGA package and is ideal for industrial scanners, 5G mm-Wave, military radios, radars, and test & instrumentation applications.
