The ADRF5049 from Analog Devices is a Non-Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 9 kHz to 45 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 1 W (~30 dBm), has an insertion loss of less than 3.3 dB, and provides isolation of more than 35 dB. This switch has a rise/fall time of 1.2 µs, ON/OFF time of 2.7 µs, and a settling time of 3.4 µs. It is manufactured using Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process and employs CMOS and LVTTL-compatible logic controls with integrated enable and logic select controls to include all off-state and port mirroring functionalities. The switch requires a dual-supply DC supply of ±3.3 V and consumes less than 520 µA of current. This 50-ohm switch is available in a 24-terminal Land Grid Array (LGA) package that measures 3.00 x 3.00 x 0.83 mm and is ideal for mm-Wave 5G, military radios, radars, electronic countermeasures (ECMs), microwave radios, very small aperture terminals (VSATs), and test instrumentation applications.
