The ADRF5050 from Analog Devices is a Non-Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 20 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 2 W (~33 dBm), has an insertion loss of 0.9 dB, and provides 54 dB of isolation. This switch has a rise/fall time of 12 ns, ON/OFF time of 55 ns, and a settling time of 80 ns. It is manufactured based on Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process and employs CMOS and LVTTL-compatible logic controls with integrated enable and logic select controls to include all off-state and port mirroring functionalities. It requires a dual-supply DC supply of ±3.3 V and consumes 155 µA of current. This non-reflective switch is available in a 24-terminal Land Grid Array (LGA) package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for military radios, radars, electronic counter measures (ECMs), microwave radios, very small aperture terminals (VSATs), and test instrumentation applications.
