The ADRF5160 is a silicon-based, reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 0.7 to 4 GHz. The switch has a low insertion loss of 0.7 dB, an input third-order intercept (IP3) of 70 dBm, and a P1dB of 47 dBm. It can handle an input power of up to 41 dBm (8 dB PAR LTE, long-term (over 10 years) average). The switch operates from a single positive supply voltage of 5 V and draws 1.1 mA of current, making it an ideal alternative to pin diode-based switches.

The ADRF5160 is available in a 32 lead, 5 x 5 mm LFCSP package and is ideal for wireless infrastructure, test equipment, pindiode replacement, military and high reliability applications.
