The ADRF5300 from Analog Device is a Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 24 to 32 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 1.1 dB and provides an isolation of 38 dB. The switch can handle an average input power of 28 dBm, a peak input power of 36 dBm, and has a settling time of 70 ns. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and has an internal negative voltage regulator (NVG). The switch employs CMOS and low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls.

The ADRF5300 is available in a 20-terminal LGA package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for use in industrial scanners, test instrumentation, cellular infrastructure, 5G millimeter wave, military radios, radars, electronic countermeasures (ECMs), microwave radios, and very small aperture terminals (VSATs).
