The HMC252A from Analog Devices is an SP6T Non-Reflective MMIC Switch that operates from DC to 3 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 90 ns and provides an isolation of up to 45 dB. This switch has an insertion loss of less than 1.8 dB. It has an integrated 3:6 decoder that requires only 3 control lines and a positive bias to select each path. It requires a DC supply from +3 to +5 V and consumes less than 7 mA of current. The switch is available in a package that measures 8.75 x 6.20 x 1.75 mm and is ideal for the base station, CATV/DBS, MMDS/WLAN, and test equipment applications.
