The AM6015 from Atlanta Micro is a SP6T switch that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It provides a flat frequency response and has a low insertion loss of under 2 dB with a high isolation of over 20 dB. The switch operates of a single positive supply voltage of 5 V. It is available in a 4 mm QFN package.
