The AM6016 from Atlanta Micro is a reflective SPDT switch that operates from DC to 26.5 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 1.2 dB and provides isolation of more than 30 dB. The switch has an Input IP3 of 40 dBm and requires a DC Supply from 3.3 to 5V. It requires a single positive supply and a single positive control voltage to switch between the two paths. This positive control device (3.3 to 5V) exhibits a low insertion loss, a flat frequency response, and has high isolation over the operating temperature range from -40C to +85C. It is matched to 50 ohms and is available in a low SWaP (size, weight, and power) footprint. The switch is available in a 3mm QFN package and is ideal for high-frequency low power transmit/receive (wireless) applications.
