The H6 Series from Charter Engineering are SP6T Electromechanical Switches that operate from DC to 26.5 GHz. They have an insertion loss of under 0.70 dB and an isolation of over 50 dB. These switches can handle an input power of up to 200 watts and have a switching speed of below 20 msec. They are available in a module with SMA female connectors.
