The S12 Series from Charter Engineering are electromechanical SP12T switches that operate from DC to 15 GHz. They have an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB and an isolation of over 60 dB. These switches can handle an input power of up to 300 W CW and have a switching speed of up to 20 msec. They are available in a module with SMA female connectors and comes with failsafe, latching, or momentary actuator options.
