The T-ISLT-2-2131 from Crane Aerospace is a PIN diode high power microwave SPDT switch that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.75 dB, isolation of over 25 dB, and a switching speed of 1 usec. The switch can handle up to 100 watts of CW power and operates from a 30 VDC supply.
This switch features an internally terminated design (on receive) & integrated driver assembly and is available in a module that measures 2 x 1.8 x 1.05 inches. It is suitable for signal control applications including ECM and radar transmitters.
