The CP8-29225040-01 from Ducommun is a SP8T, reflective PIN diode RF switch that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. The switch has an isolation of more than 40 dB, insertion loss of under 6 dB and switching speed of less than 200 ns. This monolithic AlGaAs switch can handle a CW power of up to 23 dBm. The SP8T switch is available in a compact 1.7 x 1.2 x 0.85 inches connectorized module with K (F) connectors and is ideal for radar front, telecommunication and test instrumentation applications. It also has a TTL compatible driver.
