The DK3 Series from Ducommun is an SPDT switch that operates from DC to 40 GHz with TTL Control Logic. It has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and an isolation of more than 50 dB. This 50-ohm switch has a switching time of under 15 msec and has a minimum operating lifecycle of 1,000,000 cycles. The switch requires a DC Supply from 6 to 24 V and has a full-scale actuator current of 200 mA with a latching current of 109 mA. It is designed in accordance with MIL-DTL-3928 standards and can operate over the temperature range from -35 to +85 degrees Celsius.
