The FMSW1102 from Fairview Microwave is a GaN-based Reflective SPDT PIN Diode Switch that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It provides an isolation of 35 dB and has an insertion loss of less than 2.3 dB. This PIN diode switch has a switching time of 50 ns and has a TTL-compatible driver circuitry for accurate logic control. It is manufactured using GaN technology that ensures state-of-the-art power performance with an excellent power-to-volume ratio.
The switch can handle an input power of up to 10 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.6:1. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current.
