The FMSW2034 from Fairview Microwave is an Absorptive SP12T PIN Diode Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 20 GHz. It provides more than 65 dB of isolation and has a switching time of less than 100 ns. This PIN diode switch can handle up to 0.5 W of input power and has an insertion loss of less than 6 dB. It has TTL-compatible driver circuitry for accurate logic control. The switch requires a DC supply of -12/5 V and consumes less than 480 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 3.04 x 1.11 x 0.35 inches and has SMA-female connectors. This switch is ideal for communication systems, electronic simulators, bypass switches, radar & EW systems, and test equipment applications.
