The BGS13PN10 from Infineon is an SP3T switch that operates from DC to 6 GHz. It is ideal for EDGE / C2K / LTE / WCDMA / SV-LTE, cellular base stations, test equipment and MIMO applications. The switch enables critical band combinations for Uplink (B1 + B3), (B2 + B4), Downlink-CA (B4 + B12) and SV-LTE (B5 + B13). It can handle a high input power of up to 38 dBm, while exhibiting low losses. This switch requires a single supply voltage and can be driven by CMOS or TTL compatible control input signals. It is available in a RoHS and WEEE compliant package that measures 1.1 x 1.5 mm.
