The BGS14WMA9 from Infineon is an SP4T Antenna Diversity Switch that operates from 0.05 to 6 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.74 dB, provides isolation of over 17 dB and can handle up to 26 dBm of input power. This RF switch is manufactured using Infineon’s patented MOS technology, offering the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS including the inherently higher ESD robustness.
