The 50S-1820 from JFW Industries is an SPDT Reflective Switch that operates from 800 to 2700 MHz. This solid-state switch has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB, isolation of over 75 dB, and switching speed of less than 10 us. It can handle up to 100 Watts of input power and has a VSWR of less than 1.4:1. The device operates over a DC supply voltage of 5V-15 V and consumes up to 80 mA of current. It has a single control line, activated with TTL signal levels. This self-terminating switch is available in a module with SMA (F) connectors and can operate over a wide operating temperature range from -20 to +70ºC.
