The KCB820 from KCB Solutions is a Non-Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 0.02 to 6 GHz. It is space qualified and has a switching speed of 15 ns (ON/OFF), an insertion loss of less than 1.8 dB with over 35 dB of isolation. This switch can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm. It is compliant with NASA EEE-INST-002 and has an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. The switch is available in a 7-lead hermetic surface-mount package that measures 0.215 x 0.260 inches and is ideal for use in harsh environments including defense and satellite applications. It can be ordered with the 100% screening requirements of MIL-PRF-38535 Class B and S, in addition to the required QCI.
