The F940H from Kratos is a broadband transfer switch that operates over the full instantaneous bandwidth of 0.5 to 18 GHz with ON and OFF times of 30 nsec. It provides up to 60 dB of isolation, has a low insertion loss of under 3.5 dB and a VSWR of 1.75:1. This switch has an integrated driver that is powered by +5 and -12 Volt supplies. It can handle an input power of up to 500 mW CW. The switch is available in a connectorized module.
