The MASW-002103-1363 from MACOM is a SPDT HMIC (Heterolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) silicon PIN diode switch that operates up to 20 GHz. The HMIC process results in low loss and high isolation through low millimetre-wave frequencies. It has an insertion loss under 1.05 dB, an isolation over 23 dB and an IIP3 up to 40 dBm. This surface mountable switch has low parasitic capacitance and inductance, and can handle up to 36 dBm of CW power. It has an additional layer of polymer for scratch and impact protection.
