The MASW-011055 from MACOM is a high power PIN diode SPDT switch that operates from 30 MHz to 3 GHz with high linearity in common anode configuration. It has an insertion loss of 0.35 dB at 2 GHz, an isolation of 51 dB at 2 GHz and can handle up to 100 W of CW power at a base plate temperature of 85C. This switch is ideal for high power military and civilian radio applications requiring higher CW and pulsed power operation for land mobile radio applications. It is available in a compact 5 mm HQFN 12-lead plastic package.
