The MASW-011138 from MACOM is a Reflective SPST Switch that operates from 1 to 26.5 GHz. It has an integrated TTL driver with and a very fast-switching speed of less than 37 ns. The switch can handle up to 30 dBm of CW input power, has an insertion loss of 2 dB and provides over 50 dB of isolation. This product provides an exceptional isolation to insertion loss ratio, and requires a DC power supply of +5 V / -10 V.
The MASW-011138 is available in a metal housing that measures 1.2 x 1.0 x 0.5 inches with 2.4 mm field replaceable connectors. It is ideally suited for applications requiring hermetic hardware enclosures such as in aerospace, defense, and space.
