The SRMG9EL2-001 from Mercury Systems is an SPDT Reflective PIN-Diode Switch that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 3.0 dB and provides an isolation of more than 30 dB. The switch has a VSWR of less than 2.5:1 and a switching speed of less than 500 ns. This switch offers an integrated driver controlled by TTL or CMOS signals. It is available in a module that measures 1.0 x 1.2 inches with field replaceable 2.92 mm / K connectors, and is ideal for EW systems, communications systems, and antenna / filter selectors. The switch is also available in military certified and hermetic-sealed packages.
