The M3SWA2-34DR+ from Mini-Circuits is a GaAs Absorptive SPDT Switch MMIC that operates from DC to 30 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 0.6 dB, provides more than 68 dB of isolation, and can handle an input power of 25.2 dBm. This switch has a rise time of 6.9 ns and a fall time of 7.1 ns. It consists of an internal driver that is designed for wideband operation and offers fast, nanosecond switching operation with no gate lag effects. This SPDT switch provides excellent isolation, and high linearity, and enables ease of integration in compact assemblies. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 3 x 3 mm. This MMIC switch is ideal for test and measurement, communication infrastructure, radar, EW, and ECM defense applications.
