The ZFSW2-33HDR-75+ from Mini Circuits is a reflective SPDT RF switch that operates from 5 MHz to 3 GHz. It can handle up to 3 W of input power, has a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB and isolation of 41 dB at 1 GHz. The switch has an integrated CMOS driver and operates with single positive supply voltage while consuming, 37µA of current. The ZFSW2-33HDR-75+ is a reflective short on the output port in OFF state. It uses Type-F Female connectors for easy integration into 75 ohm test systems. The device is available in a module and is ideal for CATV systems, SATCOM system and Automated Test Stations.
