The SS142DHS from L3 Narda-MITEQ is a SP4T PIN Diode Switch that operates from 0.5 to 18 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of less than 3.2 dB with an isolation of over 60 dB and a switching speed of under 20 ns. It can handle an input power of up to 200 W. This hermetically sealed switch is available in a gold plated compact package and has removable SMA connectors for use in drop-in applications. It has TTL compatible integral drivers with reverse voltage protection. The switch is ideal for EW systems, automatic test equipment and simulators.
