The SP4TA-022024S from Panda Microwave is a SP4T absorptive PIN diode switch that operates from 2.2 to 2.4 GHz. It provides a low insertion loss of above 2.5 dB with an isolation of more than 70 dB and has a switching speed of up to 200 nsec. The switch can handle a power of up to 0.5 watt and has a VSWR of 2.0:1. It is available in a module that measures 52 x 20 x 10.2 mm with SMA female connectors.
