The PE423641 is a reflective SP4T RF switch that operates from 50 MHz to 3000 MHz. This switch meets AEC-Q100 requirements for Grade 2 making it ideal for automotive applications. Its ideal use case would be automotive infotainment and traffic safety applications, such as multimode modules for infotainment systems and emergency communication systems. It offers excellent RF performance with a low insertion loss up to 0.65 dB, a high isolation up to 32 dB and high ESD performance. It has been manufactured on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS process and is available in QFN 16-lead package and measures 3 x 3 mm.
