The PE42420 is a general purpose absorptive, 50 Ohm SPDT RF Switch that operates from 100 to 6000 MHz. It has been developed on Peregrines technology-enhanced process. The switch has a very high isolation making it ideal for RF and IF transceiver signal switching, discrete DSA stages, and filter bank switching applications. No blocking capacitors are required if DC voltage is not present on the RF ports.
