The PE42443 from pSemi is an UltraCMOS SP4T RF Switch that operates from 1.8 to 5 GHz. It can handle an average input power of 5 W and a peak input power of 30 W. The switch has an insertion loss of 0.5 dB and is based on HaRP™ technology enhancements that provide high linearity and fast switching time. It is an innovative feature of the UltraCMOS process, offering the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS. This switch is available in a 20-lead LGA package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for use in the analog front end for hybrid beamforming, 5G massive MIMO active antenna system (AAS), 4G/4.5G TD-LTE macro/microcell/RRH applications.
