The PE42447 from pSemi is an SP4T RF Switch that operates from 10 MHz to 8 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB with an IIP3 of 85 dBm. This switch can handle an input power of 100 W and has a switching time of 1 microsecond. It is manufactured on pSemi’s patented UltraCMOS process and the combination of high-power handling, high linearity, and extremely low insertion loss makes this switch suitable for hybrid beamforming in wireless infrastructure.
The PE42447 is available in a land grid array (LGA) package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for post-PA hybrid analog beamforming and in 5G massive MIMO applications.
